My name is Deena Deachman a career woman who started from humble beginnings. An independent women and mother that’s lived through significant adversity, made mistakes in life and chose to own those life lessons, evolve, and dig deep within myself to find my real truth and purpose. Losing my voice led me to finding my inner strength, resilience and true calling.
My background brings 8 years experience as an ICF Professional Associate Certified Coach, an Adler Trained Coach, and have over 25 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Operations and Training & Development within the Retail Industry. My passion is working with people to inspire positive change in their lives so that they are able to reach their full potential. I achieve this through coaching my clients to realize their unique talents, expand mindset, deepen self trust, and confidence while working in the unknown. My clients hold me in a high regard for my natural ability to build trust, create a safe environment that inspires open and honest conversations with colleagues, reports and clients that unlock potential and achieve transformative results throughout my career.
Most recently led field teams through the worldwide pandemic with incorporating leadership coaching amongst my client group.
